Biography

My research interests lie in understanding the role of neutral hydrogen and molecular gases in the development and evolution of active galactic nuclei (AGNs). We have been conducting searches at various redshifts to trace the cold hydrogen gas in AGN vicinities, using radio telescopes, to understand the evolution of gas and AGN properties. Selected targets were further observed using VLBI/optical/IR telescopes to probe the molecular gas, and to understand the AGN-gas interactions.
