Biography
Matt Owers is a Senior Lecturer at Macquarie University. Broadly, his research interests are in the field of galaxy evolution, and how the large-scale environment impacts the properties of galaxies. Within the ASTRO 3D centre, his main focus is on using IFS from the SAMI and Hector surveys to understand environment-driven galaxy transformation.
