Biography

I'm interested in the interplay between stars and gas within galaxies, and the evolution of galaxies and chemical abundances across cosmic time. HOME RESEARCH PROJECTS CV ABOUT ME I'm currently a Senior Data Scientist in artificial intelligence at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Seattle. Previously, I was an ASTRO 3D post-doctoral researcher at the Australian National University's Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics. I have a PhD in astronomy from the University of Washington, Seattle. While at UW, I was involved with Astronomy on Tap Seattle, the UW mobile planetarium and the Pre-Major in Astronomy Program (Pre-MAP). When I'm not engaged in more scholarly pursuits, I can be found gardening or building guitar pedals. I love tabletop games and beer, and firmly believe that the two should be enjoyed together.
